Narrator

It's ten on Saturday morning. Frank and Tina are setting up a neighborhood event they're co-running. A neighbor points to an old flyer by the entrance.

Neighbor01

I was told the event was Sunday. The flyer said Sunday.

Tina02

We moved it from Sunday to today, Saturday. We sent an update last week.

Neighbor03

Nobody told me.

Frank04

We emailed the change but left that old flyer up.

Neighbor05

I asked a woman in the building. She still thought it was Sunday.

Tina06

Then more people may have missed the change. I'm sorry.

Neighbor07

Still — for a change this important, you should have sent another reminder.

Frank08

You're right. We should have contacted people another way.

Neighbor09

My children are at home. Can I bring them along today?

Tina10

Of course. We open at eleven and finish at three. They can join the games anytime.

Frank11

I'll call the other people on our contact list now.

Neighbor12

Thanks. I'll call home and see if we can get here by eleven.

Tina13

And I'll replace that flyer with a big sign: "TODAY! SATURDAY! NOT SUNDAY!"
