Service description
Paid plan for FrankenDojo, a language practice app for iOS, Android, and web practice. Eligible features are shown in the app and on the purchase screen. The app and billing services are currently in preparation.
Price
Subscription Plan: $1.99 / month (or equivalent in your local currency). Actual prices may vary depending on your country and Google Play Store settings. Applicable terms appear on the purchase screen. An initial 14-day free trial is planned; eligibility and conditions follow the relevant store rules and purchase screen.
Additional costs
You are responsible for the device, internet connection, and communication charges needed to use the Service.
Payment methods
iOS: App Store billing. Android: Google Play billing. Web practice: Stripe through RevenueCat. Available payment methods appear on the purchase screen.
Billing timing & contract period
This is a monthly, automatically renewing subscription. If you do not cancel during the free trial, billing starts on the day after the trial ends. It renews for the same period unless canceled, with a charge at each renewal. Specific billing dates and timing follow the purchase screen and payment provider's terms.
When service becomes available
Paid features become available after purchase is completed and subscription status is confirmed. Eligible trial users can use the relevant features once the trial begins.
How & when to cancel
Cancel at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends using the methods below. Paid features remain available until the end of the period already paid for.
- iOS: Settings >Apple ID>Subscriptions
- Android: Subscriptions in Google Play
- Web: The customer portal opened through “Manage subscription” in the app
Returns, cancellations & refunds
Due to the nature of the Service, products cannot be returned. Stop automatic renewal using the cancellation methods above. Except as required by law, refunds follow Apple, Google, or Stripe rules and procedures. KataSpeak may be unable to issue refunds directly. If KataSpeak ends the Service for its own reasons during a paid subscription period, it will take appropriate action in accordance with the law.
System requirements
Support for iOS, Android, and web browsers is planned. Supported operating systems, versions, and other requirements will be shown in the stores and app information at launch. Speaking practice requires microphone permission.
Application period
Any limited application period will be shown on the purchase screen.
