The new owners want the stricter noise rules to start next month.

新しい所有者は、来月から騒音規則を厳しくしたいと考えています。

Under my lease, I can do laundry until eleven p.m. Your proposal would make that nine.

今の契約では、洗濯機は夜11時まで使えます。この変更案では9時までですね。

They want quieter evenings.

So do I. I've complained about noise myself. But twice a week, I don't get home until nine. With the new rule, I couldn't do laundry after getting home on those days.

私も静かなほうがいいです。騒音の苦情を出したこともあります。でも、週に2回は帰宅が夜9時なんです。新しい規則だと、その日は帰宅後に洗濯ができません。

I'll confirm the current hours in writing today. I'll send a written update by Friday, even if the review isn't finished.
