WORDS & CONTEXT

“Hold steady.”

Panic costs more than the drop itself.(慌てることのほうが、下落そのものより損になる)が理由の説明です。

“Patience and diversification — not putting all your money in one company.”

動詞は diversify(分散する)。

“Does that make sense so far?”

Spread it out, and don't sell in a panic.

“the patient ones outlast the clever ones.”

out- には「~を上回る」という意味があり、outlive(~より長生きする)、outrun(~より速く走る)なども同じ作りです。

“That's the whole game.”
