WORDS & CONTEXT
Same here. says that you share the other person's feelings or situation. Tina responds that she too has grown over the year.
Of course you made a list. recognizes exactly the behavior expected of someone, with mild exasperation. See Of course you have. in A2-15.
Separate means apart, kept on their own. Tina's name is not on the list, not because Frank forgot to thank her, but because he is preparing her cards separately from everyone else's. The next line, One for every day since we met again., means one card for each day since they met again, a thank-you for her support every day.
To ...! is said when making a toast, meaning "Here's to ...!" It is used as in To us! or To your health! After looking back on the year, the two raise their cups and toast the year ahead.
The other two hundred cards means the remaining two hundred cards: 240 in total minus the 40 already finished. The punchline is Frank's thoroughness: he adds the huge pile of unfinished cards to their toast to the new year.
